Myron has over forty years of experience as a respected professional in both the engineering and land development industries. Through a progressive career, Myron has held senior positions in consulting engineering, public real estate, and private development. These experiences have enabled Myron to cultivate and apply a unique skill set and problem solving ability to the planning and land development process. Since the inception of Delta Urban Inc. in 1993, public sector and private sector clients alike attest to Myron’s skill and critical insight and how he has provided the industry with a performance and goal driven management system unlike any other being offered. Myron remains committed to timely execution, a solution oriented approach, creative financial analysis/management and value added results to address every client’s needs.

Kelly Pronyk

Executive Assistant

Kelly has a been valuable member of the Delta Urban team. She provides administrative support for the company, coordinates meetings, prepares confidential material, manages expenses, and trains support staff. Kelly also has a role in establishing and coordinating the implementation of company administrative policies.

Maria G. Venturo, CPA, CMA

Chief Financial Officer & Partner

Maria has over twenty years of continuous experience in Controllership, Financial Management and Management Accounting functions for private and public sector Toronto-based companies within the land development, home building and construction sectors. Her significant competencies in Auditing, Project Accounting, and Financial Forecasting support Delta Urban’s ability to provide its client base with a customized range of cost-effective services.

Mustafa Ghassan BES

Senior Project Manager & Partner

Mustafa has been a part of the Delta Urban family for over 3 years. During his time a Delta Urban, Mustafa has demonstrated a great level of passion for the industry and has developed a strong understanding of the land development process, Landowners Group Management, and Cost Sharing Agreements. As a graduate from the University of Waterloo’s School of Planning, Mustafa has experiences as a co-op student working with developers, real estate firms, and in municipalities such as the City of Toronto and Town of Richmond Hill. Through Mustafa’s current role as a Senior Project Manager, Mustafa lends his support to all aspects of project management, financial management, and land development services offered by Delta Urban, for planning and engineering related projects. Mustafa is currently involved in Block 27, Block 40/47, and Block 57/58 in the City of Vaughan. Sharon Village and Queensville Community in the Town Of East Gwillimbury. Markham Centre Community in the City of Markham. Mt. Pleasant Blocks 51-1 & 51-2, as well as Lark Employment lands in the City of Brampton. West Whitby Community in the Town of Whitby. Southeast and Southwest Courtice Communities, as well as the Courtice Employment lands in the Municipality of Clarington.

Chris Lant

Project Manager

Chris joins the Delta Urban team as a Project Manager. Chris brings six years of experience in the Construction Management field. He offers both public and private sector planning knowledge as well as property due diligence experience to the Delta Urban team, providing a value-added position focused on Land Investigation and project coordination support. Chris’ desire and efforts in providing clients with the most accurate and timely information on new parcels and ongoing projects is an integral part of Delta Urban’s real estate and project management services.

Alex Mior

Project Coordinator
As a graduate from Ryerson University’s Urban and Regional Planning program, Alex joins the Delta Urban team as Junior Project Coordinator. At Ryerson, Alex had the opportunity to work closely with private sector clients, planning firms and has public sector experience from his time at the Town of Halton Hills. Alex has a strong interest in private development and supports the Delta Urban team and Landowners in the areas of Project Management and Land Investigation. Noted projects include Mt. Pleasant Block 51-1 & 51-2, Sharon Village, and Block 27 in Vaughan.

Hatim Jafferjee, BES

Project Coordinator

Hatim joins the Delta Urban team as a Project Coordinator after recently graduating from the University of Waterloo’s School of Planning. Through the School’s co-op program, Hatim has gained experience working in both the public and private sector in transportation and land use planning related roles. Hatim is well-versed in conducting land investigations and due diligence for clients with a diversity of needs, and he is actively pursuing his professional designation in project management through the PMI. In his current role, Hatim provides support to the Delta Urban team’s work in financial management, land development services, and project management. Hatim is passionate about the real estate industry and strives to provide a client focused approach in his work.

Michael May, P.Eng

General Manager & Partner

Michael brings 15 years of experience working for the private and public sector. Throughout his professional career, Michael has had the opportunity to work as a consulting Engineer for the Sernas Group, followed by working as a Project Engineer at the Town of Whitby. Michael joined RWCI in 2017 as a Sr. Project Manager and partner where he develop a strong professional and personal relationship with many of the RWCI clients. Michael’s self-motivation and focus on product delivery and Client services has earned him a reputation for quality, professionalism, and commitment.
