Based in Vaughan, Ontario, we have successfully managed projects across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area and South-Central Ontario.

DUI’s team of experts has extensive experience in managing complex greenfield and high-rise development projects, with a proven track record of success. Our projects, which range from less than a hundred acres to 5,000 acres.
DUI team has managed a wide range of development processes and studies, including Official Plan Amendments, Secondary Plans, Tertiary/Block Plans, Master Plans, Master Environmental Servicing Plans, Functional Servicing Plans, and more. Delta Urban Inc. was founded by Myron P. Pestaluky P.Eng. over 30 years ago. Myron dedicated most of his life to building a family-type company that cares about its clients, its impeccable service, its reputation and its Staff.
Myron was an extraordinary man and anyone who was privileged to have met Myron or to have worked with him, will never forget him. He touched so many lives positively. He was a trailblazer in the Land Development Industry and a pioneer in the world of Landowner Group Management. Myron called his company “Delta Urban” for a special reason as the words mean ‘change of landscape’ and that is exactly what Delta does, it positively changes the landscape into functioning communities for families to grow and thrive.
